Recording mix from DJM-V10 to Macbook Pro

Hello,

I consider start recording my mixes to my Macbook Pro.

My Setup:

Mixer: Pioneer DJM-V10

CDJ's: Pioneer CDJ-3000 (2 Units)

I also have Rekordbox installed on my Macbook Pro.

What is the right way to do it? just connect a "USB-B to USB-C" cable from the mixer to the computer, launch the software and hit record?

do i need also an ethernet cable to connect the computer to the switch? maybe HID mode?

thanks,

Guy G.

Yes - connect USB-B to the V10, USB-C to the computer, set the V10 as your audio device in the rekordbox audio preferences, check that the recording input is selected, check the levels with audio playing, then hit record!
