Trim volume issue on DDJ SX2

I load the same song on both decks 1 and 2. All EQ knobs and trims are set to the 12 oclock position. All Faders are at 10. Channel 1 is properly set to A and Channel 2 is properly set to B. I play both songs simultaneously (using the load button for channel 2) and use the cross fader to go back and forth between the decks. Deck 2 is significantly louder than deck 1 and I do not see a reason why this is happening. I have the latest firmware 1.06 and I have Serato Pro version 2.5.6. Please advise.
