Lost computer but had all my music and tags in external HD... How can i recover tags in collection?

How can i recover tags in collection? i didnt have a library back up, but when i stick the external HD to the CDJ it shows up all the tags. but the tracks and tags dont show up in collection, anywa to import this to new collection(on a temporary computer) till mine gets back from tech support?
