Ajuda com a DDJ FLX6, microfone não funciona

Bom dia comprei uma DDJ FLX6 a algum tempo e resolvi testar o microfone na controladora porém não funciona, já troquei varios cabos e varios Microfone e não sai som isso sem contar que os softwares não reconhece o Microfone da DDJ FLX6

The microphone of the FLX6 is direct-to-master and is not captured in the software as the unit has no audio inputs.

If your mic is not working, please ensure you're using a DYNAMIC mic (not a CONDENSER mic), and if the cable does not work, make sure it's a BALANCED connection, not UNBALANCED.
