Please try updating Big Sur as 11.2 was the first version that our devices were certified to work with.

FollowDJ Pro Link not working on macOS 11.1 (Big Sur)
I have 2 3000s and a 900nxs mixer. None of them are connecting to the latest (1.1.0) Bridge software on my Macbook pro running Big Sur. When I connect everything to my PC laptop running the same version of Bridge, everything instantly lights up green. I also have fast link connectivity between the hardware.
Not sure what the issue is but I have tried the following:
- two different brand new switches (tp link and net gear),
- manually changing between auto / and the IP of the switch on TCNET and Link tabs
- explicitly adding bridge software to firewall / allow connections
- deactivating firewall altogether,
- updated 3000 firmware to the latest
The compatibility page suggests DJ PRO LINK works with Big Sur.
Anything else I should try (besides burning my macbook)?

Thank you for the prompt reply! I've gone ahead and upgraded to the latest version of macOS (11.6). Still no luck connecting to the Bridge or within Rekordbox.
I have also tried connecting each of my controllers and mixer (one at a time) directly to the laptop without the switch and have the same issue (after waiting a few seconds to try and poll the connection).
Have you checked that your Sharing is disabled (System Preferences) and checked that there are no VPN or other network tools running? You may also want to try disabling WiFi.
Are you able to link a single player directly to rekordbox on the MacBook (not using Bridge)?
Hmm. No sharing options turned on, no VPN or other network tools, WiFi is off. Turned off VNC Server just in case.
Also tried hooking both players up individually to Rekordbox (not with Bridge software or network switch). Enabled "LINK MONITOR"
I'm wondering if the Thunderbolt network adapter isn't compatible for some reason. I have a 2014 MBP Retina with no hard network connection and need the dongle for hardwired connection. It is an Apple certified adapter.
Goal is to use the Bridge with ArKaos. Guess I will just need to wait to build new PC tower.
I use a Thunderbolt ethernet adaptor and it seems to work fine, so that's not likely it...
Sorry, wasn't clear if you were able to link a single CDJ-3000 directly (in export mode) with the LINK button (not link monitoring).
