DJM S11 Usb Hub too slow?

Hi There, So i have the DJM - S11 Mixer through which i connect a CDJ 3000 via USB in HID Mode whilst using rekordbox. I realised that the CDJ 3000 sometimes fails to register my input especially during scratching. Sometimes the song continues to play despite me applying some pressure on top of the platter(being aware they are mechanical and super sensitive than any other cdj i have ever used). So i decided to connect the CDJ directly to my laptop which has multiple USB 3.0 slots available and i am beginning to have less and less of the above issue while scratching. My only gripe with this mode of connecting is that smooth echo doesn't seem to work properly when i touch the platter to stop the song. Is there a workaround concerning this issue? FYI: all drivers are up to date for both CDJ 3000 and DJM S11

It is not recommended that you connect the CDJs via USB through the S11's hub.

Wait I'm confused. The label on the back of the S11 specifically mentioned CDJs at the hub.
So does the manually, which says multi media players.

Am I understanding it wrong?

Hmmmm... Interesting. Exactly my thoughts when i saw the reply. In My opinion, the DJM S11 was marketed as having a USB Hub through which you can plug external gear/CDJ's/Phase controllers etc etc. But it seems somethings are basically left for the user to experience so that they eventually find out the truth. Maybe it can be fixed in a future update hopefully. But for now the truth is if you want the best response from the CDJ 300 through the s11,dont use the hub, plug it directly into your PC/Mac
