Unable to set certain pitch parameters after new update.

Please view the video attached of the problem. Basically I am trying to put the pitch between 173 and 175 bpm. This is only happening after the new update. How do I revert back to 1.11?

At 10% range, you get 0.05% resolution:

172 + 1.10% = 173.9 (173.892)
172 + 1.15% = 174.0 (173.978)
172 + 1.20% = 174.1 (174.064)

The only glitch is the display of the rounded number, which is currently being investigated. Just ignore what the display says for now - the pitch is correct, just not showing the correct value.
