Phase DJ v7.0 and XDJ-XZ rekordbox 6.5.1 Issue (Window10)

i bought phase DJ for a while , but i have used it since today.

there are A/B remote, they got two different problem below. i plug in PHONO CH3 because LINE CH3 wont work

* Remote A:  they got signal and can play music. but i cannot do some scratch on it , becase signal is very bad. 

For example:
+if i touch my hand on vinyl disc it stop the music , until i do forward then it can run continuously

+ if i used start/stop on PLX-1000, it not start the sound until i do forward one it

* Remote B: i think issue not from rekordbox, i cannot used the remote B at all
