Have you tried the existing 60W Moving Head Light under U King?

U'King 60w Moving Head
Hey!
I just bought 2 Moving Heads by U'King:
I thought that those would be supported cause of the fixture library listing "U'King 60W Moving Head", but the ones I bought are probably the wrong ones. Id kindly like to ask if there's still a way to have them supported except for them just having white light.

(If not then I would be very happy if you could suggest Moving Head's that cost less then a 100$ and that are fully supported)

I did tried it out. The one that goes with 9 channels work fine, but doesnt change colors. The one that goes with 11 channels seems to work, until the song goes into its chorus. I can also post the moving heads manuel in here, if that would help.

The reason is we have limited information, for example no color information. We have a scanned document by another user. If you have a manual please send it over but if there is no color information we won't be able to correct it. If you have the real fixture in your hands and you can see the color please let us know.

I thought that the point "2.2 Mounting Points" already has enough info about that or do you need more specific informations like the color tone. I would be happy if you can tell me what color informations you need and I would then get in contact with the fixtures manufacturer.

Point 2.2 just says color 1, 2 etc. What color is color 1, 2 etc? We need color information like, red, yellow etc.
