RX2: Track Search & Search on the left deck doesn't work

Hi there!

Just bought today probably the last available RX2 in Switzerland. Anyway, right deck Search & Track Search function is fine, left doesn't work at all...

Firmware is v1.41

Any help?

If the buttons aren't functioning to search at all, then as @tomo says, it's likely a hardware failure. As it's brand-new, I would suggest returning it to the retailer for an exchange or refund if they're unable to locate an exchange for you in a timely manner. Sorry about that!

Are you sure it's an RX2 and has 1.41? The latest version available is 1.38.

There is no problem with FW v1.41.
I think Track Search & Search is not a FW problem but a hardware failure.

"Slip" and Reverse" buttons who are above "Search"/"Track Search" are also not working on the left side. I'm going to contact my retailer for a refund because it seems like the device is not available anymore in Switzerland.
