Has anyone else found that Soundcloud crashes the whole of Rekordbox every 5-6 songs? I've seen another thread on Reddit with several DJ's who have the problem. I only really have it in-case anyone requests something which I don't own on my hard drive. I search a track, load it to the deck, it will analyse and then I can cue it up. However, this isn't always the case. I will try to load one to the decks and then the whole of Rekordbox will become un-responsive at random. I have to then shut it down and re-start Rekordbox. which just can't happen at gigs! This tends to happen every 5-6 songs which I try and stream. It doesn't matter which track it is, it's at random. I have played the same ones several times and it could be a different track which triggers it each time. It's now too risky to use it! I can't have minute long silences in venues!
I am running a Windows HP laptop with 8GB Ram and an intel core i5 processor. I connect to venue's wifi, or if not tether with my phone. but the problem still happens on home wifi too.
Would be grateful if anyone can help, or has experienced the same!
Have you tried logging out of Soundcloud, rebooting, then logging back in via rekordbox?
