Hi DJ Bacchanal. I hear what you are saying. I can't say that we have received many requests for that feature, but I understand that it has a certain utility, so I will send it up the chain. Thank you for your suggestion.
Hello Pioneer,
I use my Toriaz in my DJ sets because of the form-factor; that shape just works better for me. Anyway, when I do live sampling it would be nice if I could set the "Rec Length" for each track individually in Live Sample mode instead of having to adjust the dial. That way when I'm doing my live set, I can use the first bank for 1 second loops, the next bank for 2 second loops and so on. I know that I have said this twice but I will repeat one more time. This is for live sampling mode.
I do not want to buy the DJS1000. If you do this update to the Toraiz I promise I will stop trashing Pioneer when I don't get my way. :-)

I have this EXACT same request. I really want to use this as a dedicated looper to mimic some of the functionality on the AH DB4, but not being able to quickly record at different sample lengths makes it really difficult to do so as I'm constantly having to adjust the knob and it's even a bit difficult to see.
Being able to apply this value per-bank would be so nice
