ITunes folders have no contents in Rekordbox

Catalina / RB 5.8 - Have to toggle between "Load Methods" in RB for any i-tunes (i-music technically) playlists to show up at all, and when they do, none of the folders have any contents, only the playlists that stand alone show any contents inside. New issue I have not experienced previously - help appreciated
