DJM 900 nexus USBricked

its super unfortunate that this mixer has been so neglected . it used to be a beast. pls make 64 bit drivers for both mac and pc. I cant believe that guys haven't taken care of this situation. I've done everything short of throwing this mixer out. and never buying another pioneer piece of gear again. this was the flagship big bad mama jamah mixer . I've had it for 8 years now. it really  shouldn't of been forgotten by you guys. it was working no problems then poooof ... no longer recognized by either my macbook pro or my beastly gaming pc laptop. I've done  software update on the utility ...did the firmware update to the mixer via the ethernet ... made sure the cables are working by testing them on other gear. uninstalled everything on both windows and mac and re installed every thing and nothing ... on the pc Traktor sees that the ASIO driver is there but wont connect to the mixer. and on the mac absolutely nothing. this sucks. I'm beyond pissed at this situation. and from what i see on the forum this has been a long term issue that your company continues to neglect.
