Ableton Link Clipping Issue

I'm having an issue using rekordbox 6 and Ableton link. When link is being used whether I link to Ableton or not, every track I play will occasionally make a clipping noise. Similar to the sound made when buffer size is too low but my buffer is 1024 and have tried higher. Only happens when link is enabled. I love that rekordbox supports link, just wondering why this is and if anyone else on here is having the same issue?
