Rekordbox DVS Slowdown

Hi,

I have an issue with the DVS sounding like its slowing down after about 30mins of use.  The platter and the rekordbox vinyl are spinning at the current speed but the sound coming through the speakers slows down to a gradual stop.  I have changed the phono cables, I have disconnected the cartridges, re-wired the cartridges and still the issue occurs.  I have also disconnected and reconnected the decks and the mxer but still no joy.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

I am using rekordbox 6 on windows 11 and 10.  I have 2x PLX1000, a DJM 750mk2 and DDJ-XP2

Is rekordbox encountering issues with any other applications running and causing interference? Have you tried adjusting the noise levels in the DVS settings?

Thanks for getting back to me. Rekordbox seems to be working as it should be. As soon as the issue starts I have tried re-calibrating the DVS and works fine for a about 30mins then it starts slowing again. I have altered the noise levels as you suggested but it doesn't make a difference. I know it's not the platters or needles as this issue doesn't occur on normal vinyl.

Hello. I'm having the same problem. I thought before about needles too (clean, calibrate etc.). But now i'm thinking about overload of CPU by RB software. I had setup RB with low tracks-analyse priority and used the easy setup with waveforms (blue, half-show etc). And I've regulated the thermostat with lower temperature as usual. And it has been helped me. And one more thing: when i try to use RB with OBS (with two webcams and scenes) together at my notebook, the tracks are very noiseful and slowdown too.

I have tried different needles and cartridges, cleaned the official Rekordbox/Pioneer timecode vinyl and run a full diagnostic on my CPU whilst using Rekordbox and everything is as it should be but still I get the slowdown using DVS.  I don't have any programs running whilst using Rekordbox and all drivers are up to date.

When the tracks are slow down, the calibration circles looks with the noise. The playing speed is downed approx twice.
