Color FX notch ddj sz not working

One of the color fx notch is not working properly everytime I put pressure on the notch or the console while the color fx is active it activates the effect, it's super weird and I wish someone can help me

That sounds like a possible hardware problem - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired. Thanks.
