I tried using a different computer and it works just fine. Only doesn't work on my computer.

Hearing both tracks through headphones
I'm not really sure what to do here. I have a DDJ-400 and I'm new to all this and I'm trying to hear my cued track through my headphones and instead, I hear both songs. My mixer is set all the way to cue and I hit the cue button underneath the master volume and above the channel.

It could simply be an issue with your audio configuration - can you post a screenshot of the rekordbox audio preferences showing the top and the output section?
