USB djm-900nxs windows not working

All was well then one weekend nothing...the usb port on my djm 900 nexus just gave out.....orderd new chip usb piece and replaced it and nothing ...will not read laptop...so what's going on...need info. I. 9n windows 10 pro updated drivers and software...re booted laptop and everything else to be done...now what #pioneerdj. Wheres the support you keep telling us djs....

Hey Rob,

I'll recommend that instead of trying to fix the mixer yourself, as the problem may not just be the "chip usb piece" - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your mixer inspected and/or repaired.
