Could be something got into the track or dust or just a different tolerance level. If you just received it you may to ask your retailer for an exchange.

DDJ-400 jogwheel hardness not same (it is an unused gear)
Hi,
I received my DDJ-400 yesterday, and I noticed the right jogwheel is more heavy than the left.
My question is:
If I use regularly, the right jogwheel will soften or not (maybe more grease inside the right jog when it was built) ?
