Cdj 400 set up
Hello.
Need some massive help as this is driving me insane. Decided instead of burning cds or exporting to usb. Wanted to use my cdj 400 and djm 400 in hid so I can play straight from rekordbox.
Updated to latest firmware. Downloaded the drivers. Upgraded to core subscription etc etc.
So I turn rekordbox on then turn the equipment on switch it to USB. Now sometimes only 1 cdjs is being found and allowing me to pick deck 1 or 2 if I close rekordbox or turn off cdjs it can be any of the two it just finds or only happened a few times out of about 100 as both been found so I can pick deck 1 or 2
Any ideas why it's driving me insane so just downgraded back to free to go back to exporting to usb but ideally I just want to mix through rekordbox with the tracks on my pc.

Hey Azzy,
Are you using a USB hub to connect the players? If you are, and the hub has a VIA chipset, then that would be expected as they are known to have USB communication issues with Pioneer DJ products.
You may also try a different USB cable and/or port on the computer. Look in your Device Manager to see how many CDJs are detected by the computer.

Afternoon.
There new cables. Run straight from the cdj 400 into back of pc not using a hub. Will try again tonight see what's what and also check device manager .

It could also be an issue if you have an Intel SST audio device or an 11th gen Intel CPU. Is that the case?
