Troublesome mp3 files with Trend Micro and Recordbox

Anyone ever seen issues with mp3 files downloaded from the web (from known sources), the internet controls in Trend Micro attempt to block the download - however the download still occurs.  The file plays fine through windows media player / Music, however if you run the file through Audacity - the file is corrupt and has 3 seconds of a screaming effect.

Recordbox will import the file - however there is a lag when attempting to play the file via recordbox - about 3-4 seconds before it loads.  However on the surface everything still appears fine.

When you go and play that same file on a CDJ - it basically stalls the whole unit, throws a format error and pretty much requires power off and power back on to get going again.

Very Very odd behaviour.  Obviously if I turn my Trend Micro settings controls to OFF, the same mp3 file downloads fine - and imports into audactiy fine also. I guess my question is - is there a checker or something that can be built into Recordbox that determines when a file is corrupt or not.
