Interface 2 not receiving DVS signal

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with a problem.

I just purchased a secondhand INTERFACE2, which I want to use with two Technics 1200's and an A&H Xone 22 mixer. I am running Rekordbox 6.6.1 on a Macbook M1 Pro 14 inch with Monterey 12.1. I have installed the latest driver 'INTERFACE2_M_4.0.0' from the Pioneer website.

The INTERFACE2 is recognized as a soundcard in both System preferences and in Rekordbox. When I use my mouse to play tracks from Rekordbox the INTERFACE also outputs sound. However, when I play the control vinyl, there is absolutely no signal coming into the DVS calibration.

I have checked all the settings:

- I hear the annoying tone from the cartridge

- Input light turns green

- cables are connected properly

- input button on the INTERFACE is switched to Phono,

- Decks are set to USB in the Utility program (in which I can select USB or THRU)

But absolutely nothing shows up in the DVS calibration screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the INTERFACE2 driver to no avail. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Regards,

Bas

Try this first - open the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone (left) > rekordbox (right), if it's not listed, add it - if there's no check in the box, tick the box.

If that doesn't work, it could be you need to downgrade the drivers to 3.0; in that case, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will assist you in resolving this issue.
