Icecast and metadata

I know theres no icecast support currently in rekordbox nor is there any data outputted in terms of metadata to be grabbed but is there any plan whatsoever on the horizon to support these 2 things? I stream to my radio server and part of the license agreement is I have to send metadata live to the server so as a track is playing the metadata has to be sent to the server. As it is, I can use butt and stream the audio fine so having icecast support in rekordbox isn't actually much of an issue (it would just be more convenient if it was supported) but spitting out the metadata of currently playing track definitely is. As it is, I have to manually enter track info each time into butt I mix the next track on so again fine but hardly ideal. Yes, Virtual DJ and Mixxx support both of these things but VDJ needs a £270 license and Mixxx isn't compatible with my DDJ 1000's (there is a custom mapping project but it's hit and miss) Aside from all that I want to use rekordbox, I like it and am used to it. So does the future development list even include the metadata? If not is there any reason why not? In these days of streaming it seems very odd that this isn't just a standard feature. Thanks
