How to edit files containing intelligent playlist and tag information?

I found a couple of forum posts that mention the `smartlist.xml` file in your AppData directory, however for me, using the latest Rekordbox (6.6.1), this file is empty. Also when exporting my collection in xml format, the xml file doesn't contain tag information and the playlists section doesn't differentiate between manually created and intelligent playlists, nor does it contain the filtering criteria for the intelligent playlists.

Is there anyway to access (and edit) an xml file containing tag information and intelligent playlist criteria? I need to make a minor change to a lot of playlists that will be a lot easier to do via an xml file, as the GUI is rather slow and cumbersome for making mass changes. Also the ability to read out all tags assigned to tracks would be very beneficial.
