ADJ Ricochet Fixture Not working

Any news Guy's? - have just updated fixture list (1329) and still experiencing the same issues - fixtures do nothing...... : ( 

Any feedback would be much appreciated,

Hello Jason,

Actually, Channel 12 and 15 cannot be controlled. Please see the rekordbox lighting library in the rekordbox lighting mode screen below. Both channels have (*2) at the end. You can see at the bottom saying "(*2) rekordbox can't control these channels" as shown below. 

This is why it does not work as expected. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Yes i understand and appreciate channel 12 & 15 cannot be controlled.

The Channels i am wanting Rekordbox to control are: 1, 3 , 5, 10,11 , 13, 14. which at the moment it appears they don't.

The fixtures simply do nothing in 12 or 15 channel mode.

A suggestion, and if If possible? A new preferably 12 or 15 channel fixture for the Ricochet be created, assigned as a moving head with Gobo control on Channel 6 (12 Channel Mode) or Channel 9 (15 Channel Mode).

As you see in the rekordbox library, CH2, 4, 6, 7,8, and 9 do not work as expected, either because they also have (*2) at the end of those channels. 

You are correct. Only CH 1, 5, 10, 11, 13 and 15 work as expected. 

Unfortunately, in the current rekordbox version, only the channels without (*2) at the end work normally. 

Hi Kieko, thanks for getting back to us.

The Problem is that Rekordbox is not controlling anything - the lights do nothing - the fixtures do not work - No channels work as expected. There is currently no pan, tilt, colour shutter or dimmer control through Rekordbox.

All my other fixtures (GigBar, Pars, Light Bars & Moving heads) work perfectly and as expected.

When using the Fixture Library/Dmx page if i click on any fixtures they illuminate - when i click on the Ricochets they do nothing.

I've tried everything........

Please help.

Hello Jason,

rekordbox lighting engineers successfully replicated your issues. You may have selected "No Assign" in the right side of the fixture library screen. 

Please select the correct fixture type in the green surrounded box at the right side as shown below. 

This is the enlarged version of the same screen. 
If you select a category of "Moving Head" or "Laser", the fixture can work as expected.
