rekordbox performance mode lagging w/ Pro DJ Link + CDJ-3000 + DJM-900NXS2

Long time listner, first time caller. 

I've had this setup for about 18 months now and have tried everything to no avail to solve a hopefully not unique problem.  I decided to post this in rekordbox forum since this is a controller based configuration and I believe a software issue with rekordbox itself. 

Summary: I have validated this on completely different hardware in this exact configuration on prior versions of rekordbox, on prior generation hardware (CDJ2ks) and different macbooks / OS version -- Same behavior. I suspect this is some buffering/memory management issue in rekordbox where after some threshold is reached, the hardware lags. 

Resolution: The only resolution to this issue is a full reboot of the MacBook. Unfortunately, I can't do this in the middle of a mix...

Gear:

• 2 x CDJ-3000 W (firmware 2.01)
• 1 x DJM-900NXS2 W (firmware 2.07)
• 1 x MacBook Pro 16-in 2019 on macOS Big Sur (11.1)
• Rekordbox 6.6.1 (Creative Plan)
• SoundCloud Go+ and Beatport Link subscriptions
• Pro DJ Link via CAT-6 + Mini Netgear Switch

Setup:

• CDJs connected via CAT-6 to Switch via RJ45
• DJM connected via CAT-6 to Switch via RJ45
• MacBook connected via CAT-6 to Switch via USB-C to Ethernet adapter
• DJM connected to MacBook via USB-B --> C adapter

Mode of Use:

1. Start rekordbox
2. Develop playlists as normal from SoundCloud Go+ or Beatport Link libraries
3. rekordbox analyzes all tracks normally, no issues or lags during preview while streaming
4. Navigate to 'Performance' in '2Deck Horizontal'
5. Start mix (this is effectively controller based mode via Pro DJ Link)

Issues:

• On Air red ring on CDJs do not operate (turned on in CDJ settings)
• After about 80-90 minutes of continuous mixing (all working functionally correct prior to this threshold) the waveform and controls of the CDJs lag in response back to rekordbox 
• In particular, cue button and play buttons, and waveforms all gradually become sluggish and lag to a point where the setup is completely unusable
• In addition, time remaining, waveform summary and track cueing all lagged or incorrectly displayed
• CDJ jogs are not impacted as input back into rekordbox
• Rekordbox still maintains the proper view however, so if one were to simply not look at the CDJs display you can get away with that, but it is largely unsable at this point

Please help! (and don't say this isn't an allowed/supported setup ... it works and is a proper setup per Pro Link instructions).
