Inconsistencies with "Set Memory cue on first beat"

Hi all,

Re-hashing this issue from 2018 which appears to not have been addressed yet.

With this settings on, often (maybe 15-20% of the time) a memory cue is set on the SECOND beat (or worse) even if the first downbeat is set accurately by grid analysis. This happens just as often with quantized house and techno tunes as it does with looser disco stuff. One has to then manually delete and re-set the memory cue to the right beat which of course defeats the point of this setting entirely.

I'm no developer but it makes no sense to me. If there's a red grid line set on the right beat, why would a memory cue end up on the second (or 3rd....etc) beat?

Surely I can't be the only person experiencing this and surely its something the devs could improve on?

I'm running latest 6.6.1 on a Macbook.
