DDJ800 Jogwheel Issues

Hi just wondering if someone could help me out. Got different issues with each jogwheel.

Leftone the touch dosnt work but will slowdown and speed up by rotating, stays the same when i press shift to change modes (unsure if mode is changing as stays the same) when pause is pressed wheel acts like turntable moving forward and back but not while playing.

Righthand jogwheel the touch works perfect and stops/start to touch ontop, does not slow or speed up when using jogwheel and cannot use like turntable to move forward and back, in other mode touch and jog dosnt work at all.

Just started happening, no damage of any sort and hardly been used.

Any help appreciated.
