export mode sync

I am using Rekordbox for my track analysis and exporting processes. I updated my mac to Monterey version and till than the sync and exporting features cannot usable. Even it cannot see my usb device. I changed my USB and also change its version to fat32 but still not working. 

can you advice sth else, please
