It doesn't work with software that way, it's a CDJ mode thing with players and not in control mode with rekordbox.

stutter/loop-cue mode in Recordbox, like a CDJ
Hello there
I'm using ddj-400, and i trying to find where can i enable the stutter-cue mode, (mark the cue like a CDJ equipment, listening to loop sound after push Play/pause butten)
I know that we have the wave on the screen but its not what i need in my case.
Also, my friend have CDJ-350 and we connected the cdjs to the Recordbox, and we had the same issue. He gonna use Recordbox also but probably only with the "cue-CDJ" mode. So the question is for bought of us.
Its really annoying
How can we resolve it? any configuration in the settings menu?

I've just bought a XDJ RX3, and I'm flabbergasted that you cannot enable cue/stutter mode on Rekordbox dj 🤦
It's like having 2 different systems running when Djing, it would be something if I could turn stutter mode off on the XDJ, without vinyl mode stopping the music, every time I breath near it !
VDJ has a play stutter mode option in the settings !
