Have you updated the firmware and the software? Also have you tried a different USB cable?

hello help!!! pioneer ddj-sr2
I turn on the ddj-sr2 serato course when I turn off the ddj-sr2 everything works smoothly and again turns on the ddj-sr2 everything gets stuck again and gets stuck
