there is sound coming out when I load it to a deck but its from my computer and not headphones. no sound to my headphones or speakers when i put it on deck but there is when a preview the song.

deck 1 and 2 have no sound
there is sound when I preview a song but when I put it on a deck it doesn't work. I believe it is the software because my controller is working with the song when on deck but there is just no sound. My speakers work fine when its previewed so i know its not them. My audio settings are all in check too. I need help
