Rekordbox engraining or "baking in" glitches and skips into track waveforms.

Hi, 

I'm having a very frustrating problem where rekordbox will encode small glitches or skips into the actual file of my tracks. This seems to be happening when playing the track and using the Mytag function whilst playing, jumping around between different parts of the track across the waveform display up the top, or changing anything to do with the artwork or sometimes info. 

I literally cannot play a track and tag at the same time or skip around and listen to different sections of the track without it happening. Huge workflow disruption. The only fix is to remove the track completely from the collection and re-import it. It's taking me hours to tag/update info on a handful of new tracks. 

Surely there's a fix for this?
