I just received the XDJ-XZ and the effects Delay, Echo, Ping Pong, Spiral and Reverb do not work, the others effects are ok

So when you pick a channel or master and then press the blue button and turn up the parameter, you don't hyear the effect at all? Have you tried to see if you hear the effect in your headphones on the channel you have selected? Also are the frequencies lit up (Hi/Mid/Low) in blue on the effects selector section?
Yes, when I want to use these effects, the blue button flashes well but when listening to headphones you can't hear the effect
while the other effects there is no problem (Trans, Filter, Flanger, Phaser, Pitch, Slip Roll, Roll, Vynil brake, Helix).
It's just the Delay, Echo, Ping Pong, Spiral and Reverb effects that don't work.
The volume of the effect whether in the middle or on the right (fully) nothing to listen to.
Do they work on the output on the master? Thos effects don't show in your headphones since they are post fader, so pres the master CUE button and turn the headphones from CUE to MASTER and try the effects.
