XDJ-1000 - UNABLE TO SELECT DECK WHEN CONNECTED TO SERATO

Having issues when connecting XDJ-1000 to Serato via USB

- Serato & XDJ are running latest firmware

- Mac Running Latest update

- Select "Link", Push Nozzle to Select Serato. Image of Deck connected to Laptop appears

- Turn the knob to select deck - no option for deck # selection appears, cannot push button down to select anything, rotating knob does not do anything. Image of Deck connected to Laptop remains on Screen until you press "back" button

- Have tried hard reset of serato (unplugging cables, turning serato off, turning serato on, then plugging in cables vice-versa), re-starting the XDJ - nothing works
