Lightning : Macro / scene editor - UI

Hi,

This smells like a UI bug - a little annoying

On Windows 10, in Macro Editor, select a scene and edit.

In the scene edition view, the right scrollbar disapears -see ere below : no scoll bar on the right

The right scollbar re-appears ONLY when resizing the window ( mouse over doesn't make it re-appears)

Here below the scroll baris back / shortly

The bottom scrollbar is always visible.

I think that we should avoid making scrollbars disapear - it is a bit confusing
