Hi all
The above has my correspondence with the NI team in regards to traktor pro 3 not working with my setup, if anyone could take a look and perhaps suggest anything I could to get it work with my setup (all relevant info will be in the thread link above), any help would be much appreciated.
Quick setup info: x2 Reloop rp-7000 mk2 turntables, pioneer djm-s3 mixer, laptop (windows), traktor pro 3 software, x2 control traktor scratch mk2 control vinyl
Can't get traktor to read the control vinyl, the NI support suggest it's possibly the DJSM3 mixer, but it works with serato with no issues.

Have you checked that the application is allowed to use the mic (audio inputs)? Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Mic (left) > Traktor (right) and make sure it has a checkmark.

Ive attached a couple of photos of what I see in my windows settings, I dont seem to have the option to select traktor 3, its just at the bottom of the second picture saying when it was last accessed?
according to settings, what I've got selected is above should be fine, but this was already selected so still got the issue
Sorry; that's a Mac setting - missed that you're on Windows.
Just check that your DJM is NOT set as the default Windows device, and that should be okay.
I assume you mean settings below? For serato if I uncheck the djm mixer here Serato stops working, how it looks below is what works for Serato.
For traktor it doesn't seem to matter what I checked/unchecked below as I still don't get a signal in tratkor
