Same issue but for me it is only a handful of tracks out of like 1500. I have tried removing the track from my collection and reimporting it, reanalyzing it, deleting the old analysis files, nothing seems to work.

FollowRekordbox export error 4 - analysis data is corrupted or doesn't exist
Hi,
I am experiencing the same issue as described in the topic linked below. Exporting suddenly throws an error for songs that have been in my collection for ages.
Error: [4] - Track analysis data is corrupted or doesn't exist.
Rekordbox 6.6.3 on Windows 10. Nothing has changed in between. I have re-analyzed all tracks in my collection but with no luck. Collection list does not show any tracks that aren't analyzed. Also formatted my USB drive and re-exported.
Re-analyzing only those tracks also doesn't work (and that is some work because I need to find each of them via search, 150+ tracks).
Not sure but I suspect this started after upgrading to 6.6.3
Rekordbox not Exporting some tracks to USB – Pioneer DJ
Thanks

Pioneer support was unable to find a cause. I ended up downgrading down to 6.5.3 and have those tracks reanalyzed and exported them without any issues.
Older versions can be found here: FAQ Categories About rekordbox 6 | rekordbox - CLOUD-CONNECTED PROFESSIONAL DJ PLATFORM
Still need to upgrade again to 6.6.3 to see what will happen.
