Rekordbox importing wrong tracks from iTunes playlist

Rekordbox importing and then exporting the wrong track from iTunes playlists. After export playing I load a track and it is correct name and tags but actual track is different. Only happens on about 10-15% of tracks exported. major problem in a club when you go to play a track and its a completely different track loaded from the usb stick.
