Friends, I have a pioneer ddj sb3 for 2 years and everything is fine with the controller, but 1 week ago it stopped sounding through the master output of the controller when it was connected to serato DJ Pro and Lite software. I have this problem in windows and mac book pro. I can't find the cause anymore, could you help me please. Thank you very much
Ah - that's why, you have the computer audio going through that as the default system audio device; Serato can't gain exclusive control. Please switch the default sound device to your computer's audio interface and then Serato will work properly.

yes, they work without any problem. The master output works with youtube or any windows or mac player, but when I connect to serato the sound through the master does not work.
I have tried with another mixer (DJM-s3) to validate the software and it works correctly.
No case with the ddj-sb3
I've already made the switch to the computer's default speaker, but it still has the same problem.
I present this same problem in both Mac and Windows operating systems.
The hardware works with all installed apps (youtube, spotify, etc...) but not with the serato software.
