Hi I want to upgrade to Professional but the upgrade button is blanked out on the website.
I cancelled my Creative free trial so I can upgrade to Professional.
Please advise how I can do this upgrade? I understand it will be a paid account when I activate Professional. This is fine.

Thanks for the info Pulse. There does not seem to be an option to undo the cancellation of the Creative free trial I was running. It would have expired on 21 May. Does this mean I'm stuck with the normal free account until then? If so, it's ok. I will have to wait until Rekordbox allows me to upgrade.
I'm not 100% sure, I had one customer post a screenshot where they had an "undo cancel" link, but I haven't seen that myself. Worst case is you wait it out until the 21st and then subscribe again.
