Are you exporting via rekordbox or just copying files to the USB drive directly?

cdj 3000 playlist empty raiz usb
If I create a playlist in the root of the usb, the cdj 3000 reads it well and shows it in the browser, but at the same time if I leave the list and re-enter several times it shows the list as empty, however the lists that are inside of folders never fail, only those that are outside of folders

I am exporting from rekordbox, I have all the playlists inside folders except 4 or 5 playlists that are in the root, at first it reads well the playlists that are outside the folders but after a while it says that those playlists are empty and you have to remove the usb and reconnect to make it work

I'm sorry, I still don't follow - can you please post photos of the CDJ display or screenshots of rekordbox so I can better understand what you describe as "root" and "folder"?

I'll pass you a video where you can see the problem, with cdj 2000 nxs, 2000 nxs 2 and xdj xz there is no problem, it works perfect, but with the cdj 3000 it does fail.
you can easily ruin a set
