Factory reset ddj 1000srt

Greetings, I have a pioneer ddj 1000srt, which keeps flashing the CUE buttons of the 4 channels. The controller does work but those buttons are always blinking NEVER off. I already reloaded firmware 1.02 and 1.05 but nothing solves the problem. I also did a factory reset but it doesn't make any changes, does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it, thanks.
