Could you please send us the product link with the complete manual for this fixture request? Please have a look at this post. We need a product link or a manual in order to complete your fixture request.
Until then, you can try the Eurolite - LED KLS Laser Bar Pro FX fixture which already exists in the library and seems identical to the one requested.

Not found an online manual - but I did scan the manual that was included and sent through by email - unfortunatey it is 17.5MB - so too large to post on Forum. Would have thought the DMX information I shared above was sufficient (this is what I sent to SoundSwitch too) and they were able to add the fixture.
