Recordbox Glitch when i record

I'M trying 1 week to record my mix and every fucking time i load a (random) track in a deck it Laggs/glitches and stops,also its running so slow and sometimes its not responding i tryed everything updated RB but still is a shitty program what else should i do? why someone should buy this trash programm,even virtual has not this laggs  i m using DDJ-400
