They sent me a PDF. Why won't your site accept this very basic format? This runaround is ridiculous and this product is going back to Amazon if you cannot make this happen

They sent me an actual PDF, so no link, and your web site only accepts JPEGS etc. Are you all giving me the runaround here on purpose? In my experience, when giant multinational corporations want to be contacted, they make it easy - this has been the opposite of easy. Give me an email to send this PDF to or accept the negative Amazon review and product return.
You can try using a file-sharing service, (like WeTransfer), in order to send any files you want to anyone. Here is a quick walkthrough on how to create a link for a file you want to send using WeTransfer.
1. Go to https://wetransfer.com/
2. Click on 3 dots
and select Get Transfer Link
3. Select a file from your computer by clicking on the large blue + sign
4. Click on Get link and then copy and paste the link to the forum message.
