XDJ 1000 MK2 . WHATS THE POINT

What is the point of making a flimsy products that will onlt last for a year. O yea. Money!

Firs off record box need some work. to many wierd glitches with audio files effectting the xdj. Maybe its me but when i purchase a cd player or a usb devince it seems work until i loose it years later.  Not with the xdj and record box. Im guesssing the point of the xdj is to get fed up and upgrade on the nexux for a extra couple of grand. I mean if your serious you will spend the  4000 for your set to go as planned. 

second the screen freez. 1 day you turn it on all the buttons wokr but the touch screen stop working. Its not conneted to a computer. just the 2 xdj. You go thought the basic. upate frim ware. reinstall record box. refomrate usb. dissconnt everything. . it come to life after you switch 1 usb over to ther other. then it oges again a hour later. you buy a usb. come back all wokrs. then it happens again. OK . after me cycling hour and day over the itnernet WITH POWER OFF POWER ON .Yes the usd is only used for music and it has worked fine prior.  I finally get to apoint were its a fault. with xdj.  I come here for info and i get to see that if its under warrnty then it does not need trouble shooting.

Can you please somone please contract me so we can disuss how your product had syncing issuses , audio files causing loading iusses , very slow audio load times,  touch is screen freezing and then sync issue with the other xdj. I live in mexcio and can not just simply stop by my local pioneer store..  Please let me know what to do.
