Latency in Export mode - Unusable

I have noticed that latency gets introduced in Export mode.

I kind of narrowed this down to my PC being switched on for a long time. A reboot usually fixes this. My PC has 64G RAM so has no performance issues.

I am now experiencing this on my W10 16G laptop when first opening Rekordbox.

This is becoming unbearable and quite frankly, unusable for setting up cue points / hot cues.

@Pioneer - How about having a couple of months fixing the bugs in Export mode instead of introducing fancy performance mode features ? 
Most of us touring DJ's use USB's and only use RB in Export mode.

The stability of this product is sadly deteriorating :(
