XDJ-1000MK2 Touchscreen not working

Hi, i have an issue with my player

Out of nowhere when i was playing like usual, the touchscreen stopped working and i cannot longer access the screen features
I have already tried to install the 1.42 firmware update but it did not solve the problem.
